Sorry for the lack of updates guys.
Haven't visited this account in ages. In fact, I haven't really
posted anything for the past two years. Apologies also for

finally!...my DSL's back. i've not been able to use my internet since last friday...damn service provider. after a bill payment and a phone call, the PLDT people were quick to restore my internet in fairness...unlike my previous SMARTBRO wifi subscription which first & foremost, sucks in terms of customer care,,..secondly the service was horrible. you couldnt even get a signal when its raining.
but with PLDT, i hadnt had any problem so far until now,….which is quite considerable.

ALMOST !...

Last week was a hell of a week...i got hospitalized ( twice ),..i prevented a burglary ( our next-door neighbor ),...& the last thing you need is a fire in the apartment compound that you live in specially if the burning apartment was just right infront of your unit! great, its just what everybody needs right?....this happened last Sunday on the 24th.
Firefighters arrived just on time to prevent the flames from spreading,…..the fire also caught the next door apartment. a total of 2 units were damaged during the mayhem...luckily enough, a firewall separated our unit from the said buildings so the fire wasn't able to reach us, plus the wind direction was blowing parallel to our building...but it was quite a scare coz there were ashes falling from above & thick black billows of smoke were just about an arms length above you so most of us had to cover up our noses with a piece of cloth as some of my neighbors were trying to get as much appliances & belongings out of their houses as possible,...i only had my wallet with me when i left the house. Thank god no fatalities but I saw an injured neighbor,.. his right arm & forehead was bleeding. he broke a window i heard. ..the fire investigators said the cause was faulty wiring. The tenants of the house that was badly burnt were not there when it happened,...they got back after the fire was out---I saw the mother almost hysterical at the aftermath. I remember the cliché,.."mabuti pang manakawan ka ng sampung beses wag ka lang masunugan." ...true dat!
Last May 17 i rushed myself to the hospital coz i was hyper ventilating & was finding it difficult to breathe, my heart was beating right out of my chest,.. my hands were feeling kinda numb,..i thought i was having a stroke or somethin',...it turned out that I had a pulmonary tract infection or pneumonia. The doctor sent me home the same day & gave me my medicines but on the 3rd day, on a Wed...I felt the same thing over again, the shortness of breath, my heart palpitating,...to cut the crap short, I went to the e.r. again….took the same oxygen, nebulizer thing again, from the same interns ..."sir, you need to "chillax" " said the same nurse. ok I said to myself,..i need to chill-out & relax if that's what he meant. I'm nearly finished with my medication & hope to fully recover soon.
Did i mention i prevented a burglary?...this happened on a Thurs night actually a Friday early morning on the 22,..1a.m…i was sick right & was taking strong medications ( antibiotics ) so i get hungry often. I woke my wife up & told her if she could prepare a soup for me & bring it upstairs ( at our bedroom, where i was )..that was about a few minutes before 12 midnight...and so i ate, took my medicines, the lights were out and i watched tv for a while...i was near snoozing when i heard a window opening,..i thought,…that wasn't from our window downstairs! I turned off the tv so i could take a peek downstairs inconspicuously,...then there he was!,..it was really dark I could only see a silhouette of a figure infront of my nextdoor-neighbor...their front door steel gate & windows were open & he was picking the door I guess... im sure he wasn't our neighbor coz it was taking him a long time to open the door. he couldn't see me, there was no light from our room but I could see him fairly enough from my vantage point. That was about 1 a.m. already,..the fiend thought maybe everybody was already asleep...not me. I decided to make my presence known so i turned on the lights & peeked out the window again,…after seeing me, he slowly walked away like nothing happened. I woke up my wife & alerted my sister in law & her cousin who were sleeping downstairs that someone tried to break-in our neighbor & guess what? ..our window downstairs were also opened!...the burglar tried to hit us first but maybe when he saw that were somebody sleeping downstairs, he might have had second thoughts and went after the nextdoors'.
So we woke up our neighbor,..after a few howls...& told them what happened, we saw that their window screen was already slashed maybe the would-be-burglar tried to get a mirror inside & get a better view of the doors' locks & configuration from the inside. The thing is, he could very well see what he was doing coz our neighbor left a light on from the stairs….hmmmm i thought maybe the burglar was salivating over their big screen LCD TV!..well, too bad for him.
My wife & i are planning on getting another apartment…to hell with this place, our present apartment sucks anyways,… the drainage in the bathroom is always clogged up,...the neighbors are loud & obnoxious, and our landlady cant seem to comprehend the meaning of the word "end of the month" ( you see, most of the time, im always behind on the rent ( that's what rent advances are for right?) so everytime, i ask her nicely if i could give it at the end of the month…what she do is everyday, for the love of god,.. she would send their maid to collect the payment for the rent!..if she was my age, i'd really love to bitch-slap her in the face!...and lastly, there's always cat crap ( feces ) in front of our house & you all know how cat shit really stinks!
time to get a new apartment...a cheaper one the least!
